Woman Killed, 4 Teens Injured in Crash on I-5

A 35-year-old woman was killed and four teenagers injured Saturday when their car hit a callbox and a tree along the Golden State Freeway near Downey and overturned, the California Highway Patrol said.
The woman, who authorities said was not wearing a seat belt, was traveling southbound about 5 a.m. when the accident occurred and was ejected from the Dodge Intrepid. Her name was not released. A 19-year-old and three 16-year-olds were hurt.
