The OutKast’s big week gets a little bigger with the release of the Village Voice critics’ poll on the best records of 2003. The hip-hop duo’s “Speakerboxxx/The Love Below,” which won the best album Grammy on Sunday, is named the No. 1 album, and its “Hey Ya!” tops the list of singles in the survey of 733 writers from around the country.

In the Voice’s point system, the OutKast’s two-CD set is an easy winner over the White Stripes’ “Elephant,” 3,619 to 2,411. The Stripes’ “Seven Nation Army” is the No. 3 single, behind Beyonce featuring Jay-Z’s “Crazy in Love.”
