Despite tying four times in South Coast League play, San Clemente has held the top spot in the rankings since league play began last month. The only ranked team to lose last week was Aliso Niguel, which fell, 2-0, to Irvine on Thursday and has looked vulnerable in the Sea View League. Pasadena Poly replaces the Wolverines in the rankings.

Covina Northview is so deep, the Vikings sent their junior varsity squad out for a 66-12 victory over Pomona in their last league match. Santa Ana Calvary Chapel’s David Jauregui is the only undefeated Southern Section wrestler with 30 or more matches. Chino Hills Ayala finished ahead of Temecula Valley at the Canyon Springs tournament.
