From Times Wire Reports
Mexican federal police said they arrested two suspected members of a drug cartel who may be linked to the killings of 12 people whose bodies were found at a house in Ciudad Juarez.
The arrests follow the detention last month of 13 state police in Ciudad Juarez for their suspected involvement in the slayings.
The attorney general’s office said in a statement that the two men were linked to a cell of the Juarez cartel run by suspected drug trafficker Humberto Santillan, who was arrested Jan. 15 in El Paso on charges of trafficking cocaine.
