MTA to Hold Meeting on Bus System Proposal
The Metropolitan Transportation Authority will hold a public meeting Friday in Valley Glen to introduce a plan to restructure the agency’s grid-like bus routes into a hub-and-spoke system.
The meeting, the first in a series of regional public workshops, aims to explain what the proposed system -- which has generated some controversy -- may look like in the San Fernando Valley.
The meeting will run from 9 to 11 a.m. in the president’s conference room of the Valley College administration building, 5800 Fulton Ave.
