Ann Louise Bardach’s amusing and telling “Moron Top 10” list hit on those who would lead us from both sides of the political spectrum (“Dimly Shone Their Bulbs,” Opinion, Jan. 4). Notable in absence, however, was President Bush, whose July 2, 2003, utterance, “Bring ‘em on,” seemingly invited attack on our troops in Iraq. Nearly every day since then another American has died. Surely this statement alone puts him far ahead of the others.
