Blast Kills 4 Suspected Taliban Fighters

Four suspected Taliban fighters died when a bomb they were laying on a road used by Afghan soldiers exploded prematurely, an official said.
Government spokesman Mohammed Wali Alizai said the men were found dead on a road 70 miles northwest of Kandahar with documents containing satellite phone numbers linked to the Taliban.
Meanwhile, suspected drug smugglers attacked a remote army border post in Kandahar province, killing five Afghan soldiers, an Afghan official said.
