8 Dead, 6 Trapped in Collapse of High-Rise
From Times Wire Reports
A high-rise in Cairo collapsed after catching fire, killing at least eight people and injuring more than 30, officials said. Officials said at least six more people were still trapped. Most of the dead and missing were soldiers and rescue workers who had been evacuating the building.
Officials said that only four floors of the building had been approved, with seven added illegally, but that it was too early to say what caused the collapse.
