3 Directors Leave Board of Investment Firm
Three members of the board of directors of Beverly Hills real estate investment firm Kennedy Wilson Inc. have resigned, putting the firm in compliance with Securities and Exchange Commission rules on director independence.
Barry Schlesinger, Mary Ricks and Donald Prell resigned. Jeffrey Hudson, Cathy Allen, Gary Kasper and Norman Creighton joined, boosting the six-member board to seven.
