Bad Dream

Re “Tapping Talent, Not Just Names,” July 4: Oh, dear. Multimillionaire producers, directors, writers and musicians -- all of whom enjoy lavish amounts of artistic and financial freedom -- are angry. They are so angry that they are jetting from Hollywood to Cannes to Aspen to attend “hip, casual” house parties held in “elegantly unfinished space,” viewing each others’ films while angrily noshing on tidbits.

I am so glad that MoveOn.org feels that these entertainers can provide a voice for hoi polloi. I’m sure that we share the same concerns -- oh, until I wake up and return to the real world.
