Martha Stewart orange?

Regarding “That Cigarette Butt Ought to Cost You” (July 6), if I were the king of the forest, people who litter would be blocked from the wilderness and made to return to the K-Mart parking lot in an orange vest for a lesson in a suburban version of Trash Dash.

The trash-littered area was in an area subject to the U.S. Forest Service’s Adventure Pass permit. Folks shouldn’t be littering, but shouldn’t all the trash have been collected by crews funded by Adventure Pass fees?
