Federal prosecutors have filed charges against one of two men involved in the hiding of 60 illegal immigrants found this week in a small Riverside home, officials said Thursday.

Francisco Pasqual Pablo-Baltazar, 20, is charged with knowingly and intentionally transporting, concealing, harboring and shielding from detection immigrants who were not lawfully admitted to the United States.

Officials said Martin Rodriguez-Velazquez would be similarly charged once he is released from jail, where he was being held for allegedly possessing methamphetamines during Tuesday’s discovery of the immigrants.
