The 350-yard trials for the June 19 Governor’s Cup Futurity will be run tonight, with 44 2-year-olds in five races vying for 10 spots in the $334,000 final.

In the ninth race, the final trial, Looking For Chicks will be going against eight opponents as he tries to bounce back from a subpar effort in the Kindergarten Futurity last month.

Trained by Paul Jones, Looking For Chicks was the fastest qualifier for the Kindergarten but finished fifth -- and was disqualified and placed ninth for causing severe interference. A winner of his two previous starts, he will be ridden tonight by Cody Jensen.
