Kmart to Sell Some Stores to Home Depot

Kmart Holding Corp. agreed to sell as many as 24 stores for about $365 million to Home Depot Inc.
The number of stores, locations and price will be decided in the next two months.
Shares of Kmart rose $7.67, or 14%, to $62.53 on Nasdaq, and Home Depot fell 15 cents to $35.33 on the NYSE.
