Sex Offender Will Be Moved to Merced County
From Times Wire Reports
Repeat sex offender Cary Verse will be moving to Merced County in the state’s latest attempt to find him a permanent home.
Verse, who ignited protests when he arrived in San Jose in March, learned about the move when a Contra Costa County judge issued the order Wednesday. Verse will be moving into a house in rural Merced County within the next week. “I’m looking forward to any kind of change that’s positive, and I think this will be positive,” Verse told the San Jose Mercury News.
