Silver Stars Win
Agnieszka Bibrzycka made a three-pointer early in overtime to give San Antonio a five-point lead en route to an 80-72 victory over the Phoenix Mercury on Saturday night in Phoenix.
LaToya Thomas had 14 points and Shannon Johnson 13 points and 10 assists for the Silver Stars (5-9).
Penny Taylor had 25 points for Phoenix (6-6), and Diana Taurasi added 17.
New York 67, Seattle 62 -- Becky Hammon scored 15 points in Spokane, Wash., to help the Liberty end a franchise-record six-game losing streak. Elena Baranova added 13 points for the Liberty (7-7), which gave Coach Richie Adubato his 100th WNBA victory.
Kamila Vodichkova scored 15 points for the Western Conference-leading Storm (8-4).
Charlotte 46, Indiana 37 -- Charlotte Smith-Taylor scored 11 points to help the Sting get a home victory over the Fever in the second-lowest scoring game in WNBA history.
Indiana (7-6) was nine of 48 from the field.
Dawn Staley scored 10 points for the Sting (7-6) before leaving the game because of an ankle injury.
