Official’s Second DUI Arrest Could Mean Jail

A Ross Valley sanitation official is facing a possible jail sentence after his election night arrest on suspicion of drunk driving.
Brian Oliva was arrested Tuesday night in San Rafael, hours after winning reelection to the Ross Valley Sanitary District board by a wide margin.
The 12-year incumbent was still on probation for a DUI arrest in Sausalito in 2002, Marin County prosecutors said.
