Foreign Ministry Says Russian Envoys Expelled

Estonia’s Foreign Ministry confirmed that it had expelled two Russian diplomats, and Russia retaliated by ordering out two Estonian diplomats.
An Estonian ministry spokeswoman gave no reason for the Russians’ ouster, but a newspaper had reported that the two were expelled for spying.
Russia’s Foreign Ministry indicated that spying was the reason for the Estonians’ expulsion.
