Nine to Face Charges in Bomb-Making

Indonesian police said they planned to charge nine people with violating terrorism laws after an explosion during a bomb-making class at an Islamic teacher’s house.
A police spokesman said the blast, which injured no one, was caused by the same chemicals that were used in the 2002 Bali bombings. Officers also found video discs featuring scenes of militants in Afghanistan, he said.
