Sharing at Emachines Should Serve as Model

How refreshing it was, given all of the stories of unethical business behavior we have had in the past two years, to read that all employees of EMachines Inc. participated in the $72.5-million windfall in the sale of the company to Gateway Inc. (“Employees Reap Gains in Sale of EMachines,” April 16).

It gives me hope to realize that we do have managers that are willing to make ethical decisions, balancing their concerns for themselves with concerns for others.
