PeopleSupport Plans $86.3-Million IPO

PeopleSupport Inc., a Los Angeles company that operates call centers in the Philippines, filed plans for an initial public offering Monday to sell as much as $86.25 million in common stock, according to the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Details about the number of shares offered and price range for the IPO weren’t disclosed. The company said it intended to use the offering proceeds for working capital and other general corporate purposes.

PeopleSupport plans to list its common stock on Nasdaq under the symbol PSPT.
