If I were the king of California:

* The Sacramento Kings’ (insert player here) would actually believe he committed a foul.

* Barry Bonds would take a strike and nod in agreement.

* Shaq would make a free throw and not get a standing ovation.

* And the L.A. Kings would lead the NHL in anything other than “man games lost to injury.”
