Holiday closures
Today is Veterans Day. The following schedule is in effect in observance of the holiday:
Offices: All city, county and federal offices and courts are closed.
* Mail: There is no mail delivery and post offices are closed.
* Libraries: Most branches are closed.
* Banks: Most are closed.
* Schools: Public schools are closed.
* Buses: Metropolitan Transportation Authority buses will run on their regular schedules. Information: (800) COMMUTE.
* Metrolink: Trains will run on their regular schedules.
* Trash collection: Check with your local public works department for collection schedules.
