Disney family, has agreed to acquire the assets and business operations of Guam Telephone Authority for $140 million in cash and a $10-million promissory note. * A former executive and a former consultant to Santa Fe Springs shoemaker Vans Inc. were arrested on federal charges that they obtained $4.7 million in bribes and kickbacks from Chinese factories. If convicted on all 13 counts, Scott Andrew Brabson, formerly vice president of sourcing, and Jay William Rosendahl of Oregon will each face a maximum penalty of 95 years in prison.
