From Reuters

The long-delayed initial public stock offering of Internet research firm WebSideStory Inc. will begin trading today, after the San Diego-based firm sold 5 million shares at $8.50 each late Monday.

The company had filed for an IPO in 2000 but then withdrew the offering amid the crash in dot-com stocks.

WebSideStory filed again this year to go public, hoping to sell shares for as much as $12 each. But the company in August cut the estimated price range to between $8 and $9 a share.
