Riley’s Last-Second Shot Wins for Shock

SAN ANTONIO —
Ruth Riley scored 18 points, including the winning basket with a second left, to lead the Detroit Shock over the San Antonio Silver Stars, 60-59, Saturday night.
The Shock (14-14) won its fourth in a row.
The Silver Stars took a 59-58 lead when Marie Ferdinand made a three-pointer with seven seconds left, but San Antonio (7-23) lost its fifth game in a row for the third time this season.
