Multicultural Parade and Fair: The 25th Annual Orange County black history multicultural celebration will begin at 10 a.m. at Broadway and Washington Street in Santa Ana. The parade will include marching bands and floats. The cultural fair will be from noon to 4 p.m. at the Santa Ana Civic Center parking lot at Santa Ana Boulevard and Ross Street.
