Woods In, but No Singh at Riviera

Vijay Singh is out, but Tiger Woods is in.
Woods, who won’t officially commit to playing the Nissan Open until Friday, has decided to play.
Singh said Wednesday he was not going to play next week’s event at Riviera Country Club.
“I’ve got a big stretch of tournaments coming up, so I’m taking the week off,” he said.
