Throwing down tea gauntlet

I am in the tea business. Tea is not the limp, tepid and fusty thing presented in Liane Bonin’s article (“Tea and Sympathy for Ex-Coffee Fiends,” Feb. 3). If she would like to contact me and accept the challenge of a white tea (long known as the tea of emperors in China, and it has caffeine) test, that would be lovely.
