Re “Teen Invents Way to Get Electricity From the Ocean,” Jan. 5: So, with all the minds and universities in the U.S., it takes Aaron Goldin, 17, from Encinitas, to discover how to make electricity from the ocean? And I suppose by Monday the government will have plans underway to begin harnessing it?
