From Times Wire Reports

A two-star general recently dismissed as the Air Force’s top military lawyer for engaging in “unprofessional relationships” with female subordinates will be retired at the rank of colonel.

The decision was announced by Air Force Secretary James G. Roche, who said Maj. Gen. Thomas J. Fiscus, the former judge advocate general of the Air Force, would retire effective Feb. 1. Roche concluded that Fiscus “had not served satisfactorily” as either a two-star or a one-star general.
