South O.C. Charity Finds New Quarters
From a Times Staff Writer
Family Assistance Ministries, a charity group that was scheduled to be evicted from its facilities in downtown San Clemente by the end of the month, has found a new home, the group said Thursday.
The group will move to 929 Calle Negocio, about four miles away, said Executive Director Marie Toland. The new space is about 2,000 square feet, twice the size of its current facility.
The group has been helping the poor and the homeless in South County for more than five years.
