From Times Wire Reports

Security guard Forget Tsaku Ndlovu testified in Phalaborwa at the trial of a white farmer accused of feeding a black former employee to lions, saying he was too far away to intervene.

Police say that in a labor dispute, Mark Scott-Crossley, owner of Engedi Game Farm, and two workers beat Nelson Chisale, hacked him with a machete and tossed him over a fence into a park where white lions are bred. The three faced murder charges. One worker pleaded guilty Monday.
