Fox Signs Law Letting Emigres Vote in 2006

President Vicente Fox signed into law a bill to allow Mexicans living abroad to vote in the 2006 presidential election. Fox signed the bill two days after it was approved in the lower house of Congress.
It provides for mail-in ballots for the estimated 11 million migrants living abroad, most of them in the United States.
