If you want to be a Hilton, this Brentwood home might be for you.
The property was first owned by Conrad Hilton, founder of Hilton Hotels, then Barron Hilton, co-chairman of Hilton Hotels Corp. and actress Paris Hilton’s grandfather.
The newly built house is in Brentwood Country Estates, a gated community developed by Barry Hilton, Paris’ uncle. He donated 142 acres to the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy and won approval to subdivide the remaining 98 acres into 13 lots. The development opened for sales in 1992.
