Global Voting

Re “North-of-the-Border Voting,” editorial, March 18: With equal voting rights in much of the world, it seems that one nation’s voting apparatus could be used to enhance other nations’ elections. Mexico could lease voting time on this country’s equipment. A registered voter from L.A. could vote for mayor anywhere in the world in real time. Design the system the right way and it could affect democracy throughout the world.
