Bush Selects Nominee for Security Agency

President Bush nominated Edmund Hawley to be the fourth head of the Transportation Security Administration in as many years.
Hawley, a supply-chain technology consultant, helped the administration start the TSA after Congress created the agency after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. He would replace David Stone, who resigned.
