Fox Says He’s Sorry for Comment on Blacks

President Vicente Fox apologized for saying Mexicans in the United States do the work that blacks won’t. He previously said the remark was misinterpreted, but in conversations with African American leaders Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton, the president said he “regretted any hurt feelings,” the Foreign Relations Department said in a statement.
