Governor Fills 2 Seats on Superior Court Bench
Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger on Monday announced the appointment of two Riverside County Superior Court judges: Riverside County Supervising Deputy Dist. Atty. Judith C. Clark and veteran civil attorney Harold W. Hopp.
Clark, 41, is a career prosecutor who has specialized in prosecuting sexual-assault and child-abuse cases. She replaces Judge Ronald R. Heumann, who retired.
Hopp, 45, has practiced law in Riverside County for 17 years and has practiced civil litigation since 1990. Hopp fills a vacancy created by the retirement of Judge Robert Taylor.
