Light isn’t always right
Regarding “Pound-Wise or Pound-Foolish?” [May 17]: Chewing on seaweed at breakfast, lunch and dinner sounds awful. I like my coffee and cinnamon bun with bacon or Spam and eggs, and I always bring a grilled steak or fresh sausages for the first night. For happy hour? Snow-laced daiquiris, with nuts and cheese.
