Phil Nevin drove in two runs with a home run and a single, Ramon Hernandez had a two-run double and San Diego scored five runs in the last two innings to defeat Arizona, 9-5, Tuesday night at Phoenix.

Adam Eaton (7-1) pitched 5 2/3 innings to extend his career-best winning streak to six games, including five in a row since a no-decision at San Francisco on April 26. The streak began with a 6-1 victory over the Dodgers on April 21.

Eaton gave up nine hits, including two in the sixth inning before Rudy Seanez replaced him. Seanez gave up run-scoring singles to Chad Tracy and Luis Gonzalez, and walked Troy Glaus to load the bases before striking out Shawn Green.

Cincinnati 4, Washington 3 -- Reliever Randy Keisler’s first career hit and run batted in at Cincinnati gave the Reds the victory in the 14th inning.

Keisler, who was called up from the minor leagues Monday, had to bat with runners at second and third and one out because the Reds had run out of position players in the longest game of the season for both teams. With the playing infield in, Keisler got a grounder past shortstop Jamey Carroll.

St. Louis 2, Pittsburgh 1 -- Yadier Molina hit a game-winning single in the 12th inning against Jose Mesa (0-4) at St. Louis. The Cardinals won their 11th in a row against the Pirates.

Chicago 4, Houston 2 -- Roger Clemens left because of a groin injury and the Cubs rallied against the Astro bullpen for four runs in the eighth inning at Chicago.

Milwaukee 6, Colorado 1 -- Carlos Lee homered and drove in four runs at Milwaukee to help Victor Santos (2-4) end his four-game losing streak.

Florida 4, Philadelphia 3 -- Damion Easley tied the score with a two-out homer in the ninth inning at Miami, then Carlos Delgado’s run-scoring double in the 10th gave the Marlins their sixth consecutive win.
