Re “Hot Housing Market Crosses the Border,” Oct. 10

I’m nearing retirement and have two questions for those who buy and sell luxury retirement condos and homes in Cabo San Lucas: Is “fractional ownership” a new term for time-share sales, which come with escalating “maintenance fees”? Is hurricane insurance available and economically feasible?
