McDonald’s Corp. said on Wednesday that it planned to file for an initial public offering of a minority stake in its Chipotle Mexican Grill brand by the end of October, and expected to launch the IPO in the first quarter of 2006.
Shares of McDonald’s fell $1.20 to $31.42.
