Cells great, but not while driving

Share

Re “Holding a Key to the City” [Sept. 15]: I was disgusted that in a three-page spread extolling the virtues of cellphones, with at least four references to driving with cellphones, not one word was written cautioning people not to drive while using a cellphone. Most adults, although they own cellphones, want to see greater attention paid to the dangers of cellphone use while driving. Chattering drivers run red lights, miss their freeway offramps and are a general pain to drive behind.
