Companies Get a Better Break in Bankruptcy

If only I were lucky enough to be an airline (“Northwest, Delta Enter Chapter 11,” Sept. 15). Maybe then Congress would allow me the same bankruptcy privileges.

Sadly, I wasn’t born a corporation. A lowly citizen like me must learn to sacrifice for the greater common enterprise.

After all, isn’t that what the market demands?
