Key Harris Staffers Jump Campaign’s Ship

After pledging to donate $10 million of her own money to save her sagging U.S. Senate campaign, Republican U.S. Rep. Katherine Harris is suffering a staff revolt.

Among those resigning over the weekend were Ed Rollins, who was an advisor to President Reagan; campaign manager Jamie Miller; and press secretary Morgan Dobbs.

The congresswoman is challenging Democratic incumbent Sen. Bill Nelson.
