It depends on who’s listening
The blurb under the photo of former Smashing Pumpkinhead Billy Corgan referred to ol’ baldy as a “singer” (“Buzz Clubs,” April 13). Considering Corgan’s whiny, flat vocalizing, such a description is a matter of opinion.
