Trustee Term Limits to Go to Voters in 2007
From Times Staff and Wire Reports

The measure would impose campaign finance restrictions on board candidates and give the city Ethics Commission oversight over board elections.
The council voted earlier this week against putting the measure on the November ballot, so Councilman Jose Huizar, the measure’s sponsor, pushed for a later date.
