Stater Bros. Holdings' Net Income Drops 22%

Colton-based grocery chain Stater Bros. Holdings Inc. said net income for its fiscal third quarter declined 22% to $5.7 million compared with $7.3 million in the same period a year earlier. Sales for the quarter rose 5% to $885.9 million from $840.4 million a year earlier.
