Yes, these “rock stars” and their disciples are in perfect harmony with today’s shallow zeitgeist. What’s it all about? Duncan Wong most clearly shows what’s really behind it -- today’s holy trinity: Me, Myself, and I. Shiva Rea has several bestselling yoga DVDs on the market, but she tells us that “We’re really not about that at all.” Wonderful irony!

I have a feeling that these “rock stars” would nauseate yogis of old.
